Hi. Great build. What kind of rpm are you looking from your motors after the reduction?

Coming along Nicley Ari ..Your attention to detai is awsome ..Pretty much giving it your own signature with all the little changes ,extras and add ons ..When your milling out the smaller holes can you pretty much cut through the thinner guage material or do you have to make multi passes with those fine bits..Feed rates make a difference as well? Thanks Ari and Nice work

With those smaller bits I like to take several small passes with a higher feed rate.

Today I managed to make the upper cooler grill:)

Thanks Reg, I hoping to get the hydraulics up and running in few weeks, just missing filters and the tank.
I'm anxious to see how my cylinder will hold the pressure:confused:
To be honest there's still a lot to do, and it always seems to get harder and harder towards the end.

Here's the lower grill:)

awesome job so far Ari . Question, did you order your internal gear online ? The site states they only except online payments from the UK . And of course , the 1's I need are not in stock .

Yes I did. They will send you a invoice to your email and you must pay that in advance.
It's simple to do in Europe when using those IBAN and BIC numbers but I don't know if are you able to use them when paying from outside EU.

OK I'll try them again . worst case I cut them myself . I already have it programmed . It's just a good couple hours to cut in the mill in steel .

I got the hydraulic system up and running to test leaks and found one on the stick cylinder tubing:o I fix that and made a little video of the test run.
There's 7,2 kg weight on the bucket and it seems to have much more lifting capasity, all though it need lot of counter weight:)

will you manage counterweight made in alu or have to do in steel?
Good looking steps.
Guess by now that you are an expert on programing!

Finally its moving! :)

Not to bad with only one leak, looks very smooth in the hydraulics!

Re: CAT 374D L

Just one leak?! ..that's pretty good on start up. :) The real test will be when you're working the snott out of it for a couple hours straight, maxing the pressure constantly! :D

Dan

I propably must put led inside:)
I would have never believe that this thing can have so much power, I was just lifting a full size car tire with steel rim which propably weighs around 20kg:eek: and it didn't even struggle.

Re: CAT 374D L

That's a bit extreme, what do you have the pressure set to?
