Re: Starting trailer monday
I'm not sure yet, I'm guessing 15-25lbs. The 20ft piece of steel i started with weighed 17lbs and i won't use all of it but with the extras it will add up.

Re: Starting trailer monday
Well i haven't made much more headway yet, i've been trying to figure out how to move forward. I've decided not to put the holes in the side. I'm going to just leave it solid. This is the plan i came up with for width. It is suppose to be 8-9/16 but 1/16 of an inch won't be noticed

Re: Starting trailer monday
Was on holidays for a couple weeks and didn't get much work done on the trailer. Started on it again today, Here's a couple pictures of the inside frame tack welded together. Still needs a brace or two on the front but also needs a little tweaking with the torch and the vise. I am using alot of the c-channel because i have extra and it's really strong. And a bonus, It fits just perfect for braces.

Re: Starting trailer monday
Made a bit more progress, Been doing alot of tweaking with the torch on the front deck to try and get it straight and flat. Think i got it close enough.
