Well, here's what happened. I went to the auto shop place (Winchester Auto) to get a glaze and a hardener. So I picked out 3M bondo Glazing & Spot Putty, and like 3M bondo hardener, and took it up to the checkout. I explained my situation to the guy behind the counter, and he said this should work. Although, he told me that the putty I picked doesn't require a hardener. So, probably because I just wanted the truck to get finished, I bought the putty. It's not the super Evercoat glaze, but I'm going to try it. I applied it like it said, and it's drying as we speak. I hope it turns out okay, but I really have to try it before blowing 40 bucks on a pint of Evercoat. Even so, they are really small cracks, and it will probably be fine. Worst case scenario it cracks in a few months or something and I buy the Evercoat to re-do it. Actually, worst case scenario, it cracks in an hour and the force of the cracking breaks the world in half. :D So, if that happens, my bad. :D
But in all seriousness, I know this probably wasn't the best way to go... I remember you guys saying "No bondo!" and stuff, but I just want to see it for myself. It sounds stupid, but I need to see it to believe it.

Well, got the sanding done tonight, dry then wet. For my first time I think it went well (Except for accidentally sanding down some rivets:(). Feels super smooth.

A friend of mine is going to help me shoot this in his painting box sometime soon, so the paint should turn out better! And this time I won't forget the clear coat!:D

Hey guys, how much will a little putty show up under the paint? Will a little be OK? Or should I go sand more? It's all pretty flush, just that bottom rivet area. Thanks!:D

Time for an update before a big wait.:( But it's for a very good cause!:D

So, truck is almost done, just fixing the rear panel, because someone can never sand straight with a dremel.:rolleyes: But I have bigger plans for this truck, as far as the cab. Hoping to get another one of Silvio's cabs. It'll be a W900B with no sleeper. I'm really excited!:D:D This cab will go on another truck, or maybe if I get a Knight, then I'll put the W900B cab on it and the KH cab on this one. So, maybe paint the cab, maybe not, but whatever happens we will have an awesome cab on this thing soon!:D

Great first truck though man! I def learned a bit from reading this thread mostly when it comes to the filler materials. That trick of using the back panel of the sleeper to fill in the back of the cab is pretty cool!
