Re: New Project!
Nice and clean Stu! How many pins are in those connectors?

Re: New Project!
Such a nice conversion, so much like the Blocher kit from Germany, very professional.

Re: New Project!
Nice and tidy. Good job on the electrical wiring. That's one thing that definitely pays off when you take your time to get it right. Looking forward to some more video!

Re: New Project!
Wow, the machining is superb. Flawless!!

Re: New Project!
nice job - it's not uncommon for the big tractors to only have a towing eye. 3 point hitch is used for implements which need to be lifted, which is frequently not the case for the large ploughs and seed drills that require high towing forces. I'd be looking to get that tipping trailer to work first :D

The trailer is on the to do list, I want to make a new ally chassis for it, need to get the tractor finished first though. The rose joints, clevis's and brass arrived so found some time this week and cranked up the mill: http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/...ps5f11009f.jpg http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/...ps29d7d3bf.jpg Thanks for lookin Stu |
Re: New Project!
Nice! Looking forward to seeing that 3 point hitch all finished up and on the tractor.

Re: New Project!
Rear Hitch is on
http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/...ps1bf87a1c.jpg http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/...ps1431b744.jpg Took a bit longer than expected, got distracted working on another project:) http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/...psf06cfd6d.jpg Stu |
Re: New Project!
Awesome. I get distracted a lot too, Stu, but your 3 point hitch looks right at home on the back of the tractor. RC4WD Gelande? Those scale 4x4 trucks are a lot of fun!

Quite a few neat building techniques in this...... I really like the articulation detail. It looks to operate very well and with great scale appearance in the vid. Well done Stu!

Re: New Project!
Finished the blade:
http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/...psl3l6a0ht.jpg And fitted some flashing beacons: Lights I have also set one of the channels on the usm-rc2 to EKMFA and am controlling this with switches on the Taranis. The Taranis is programmed to send a set number of pulses depending on which function you want on/off. |
