Re: First Build - King Hauler
Nice updates, Goose! Keep'em coming. I know that's not easy this time of year. My own build has lost some momentum with summer, but nice to still see some progress. Looking at your trailer photo and your explanation of the webbing, I see exactly what you did. Nice.

Re: First Build - King Hauler
so, once upon a time, long long ago, i drew up a grill for this truck. i finally got around to sending it off to russ, and this is what i got back :D
http://i1218.photobucket.com/albums/...ps88d2edef.jpg http://i1218.photobucket.com/albums/...ps45b52565.jpg now somewhere along the line my crayola crayons got mixed up and the grill came out a touch long.....i think it was the program i originally drew it up with didnt agree with the milling program. not sure what im going to do about it, but even at that, it looks alot perty-er with a grill and headlights. :D its hard to see without the backing i have yet to make, im thinkin some screen painted silver or black. |

Re: First Build - King Hauler
You could also have the front bumper notched to fit around the bottom of the grille. Wouldn't look that out of place either. Some Kenworth trucks have such an arrangement. Your grille does look pretty nice though!

Awsom

Re: First Build - King Hauler
I would just extend the fenders down and leave it alone. I looks more like W900L now they always look like the shell is long , taller and narrow. Just my 2 cents. I would like that grill with the 7 bars in it. Ed
