Re: RCP57's first King...
Reg you just may have to hand over that King to your PA..He did a nice job on the lift ..I think he may just like your hobby too..

Re: RCP57's first King...
Awwwh , now I want one!:D
Looks great Reg, I like how it clears the 5th wheel and yet the distance between the deck and tires is perfect, not too high. Not sure the proper name for it but I think you need to add the thin side rails to attach chains and load binders to? You do this stuff so well and so fast, it only makes sense you should share with the rest of us:rolleyes::p:D Thanks Reg  |
Re: RCP57's first King...
Reg that looks great.. Would it be much work to put a frame under it so it would sit on right on a truck frame??

Re: RCP57's first King...
Thanks Stu! I am excited about the Vendors spot and hope that I can build some things for people that they otherwise wouldn't have.
On that note, check this out... Let me know what you think! http://youtu.be/pC4nl2I0uiY Reg |

I added the other piece to the rear of the deck just now...

Re: RCP57's first King...
Reg. Just my two cents if the deck hangs over that far you will need to put some sort of light is it.. really like the deck.. Just a thought..

Re: RCP57's first King...
Very clever & well thought out. Big Thumbs up!
As for the bezels, 13/64ths for the 3mm & 5/16ths for the 5mm (on True scale website) Could you make some ally tool boxes? would love some for my spread axle, depending on cost & shipping to France of course! Stu |

I would be interested in seeing what you want as far as the toolboxes. Maybe we can figure something out that makes us both happy. |
Re: RCP57's first King...
No worries, I will have a measure up re the tool boxes and let you know.

Re: RCP57's first King...
I made up these little D rings today for tie downs on the deck. I think it is almost ready for a coat of black and some stain.

Reg. I would hate to see you paint that. The natural aluminum look great..
