Sounds like a toy hauler with a ramp and a motorcycle type lift you can drive it up on and then hydraulically raise it up to work on it.;)

Re: Great Dane excavating co.

you better buy a set of pick up truck bed ramps so you can drive the equipment
in and out of the 1:1 stuff

And reworked the drive dogs on account of the previous &$&$-up!! This is how I made them, the one is old one.

Trying to keep with the actual mechanics and engineering of the 1:1 machine. This is the center brace all the wheel power gets sent to.
http://i1357.photobucket.com/albums/...pspzked2i1.jpg

So I figure it better be strong. Hard part is trying to find the exact mounting points as the driveshaft also passes through the top portion. Still in the chunky phase,,

And in order to get the back axle to articulate some I had to use the ball joint rod end. Some play in shock pins will allow movement but hopefully restrict too much. Guess I will find out when an uneven load is piled in bed.

There is an outfit here with a stretched, flamed 57 chev limo. That would probably be good but I'm not sure if they have a female driver? I'm sure we could figure out some to ride in the back with you though. The drive from the airport to my house is about an hour and twenty minutes. That should give you time to introduce yourself and make friends.

The truck is coming along nicely!

Made sure suspension has full travel, about 3-4" but should sit around 1/2 when unloaded depending on what springs I get. The marker area is where I have to cut a little more for driveshaft to pass when suspension is fully unloaded. I was wanting to have a roller by cabin fever but front end is going to take a bit of planning and time. And with the way drive system is I wanted to have motor as low as possible but may have big battery in lowest part. Don't know if battery is heavier than that big motor:).
