|
Re: RCLogger
Yes that works nice. Why are you ripping and dozing at the same time? Like Scott said; More Video, I want to watch more action.:D
|
Re: RCLogger
Looking forward to more videos Greg, nothing less than 10 minutes each.
|
Re: RCLogger
Thanks guys, the power is good. It seems like the motors don't even have to work hard.
I tried the ripper and the blade at the same time just to see if I could manage the transmitter switchs at the same time.. Joe: Not sure whats up, but it is taking forever just to load a short video right now. The attached vid took 50 minutes to load and it is only a few minutes long.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elBpaKt76ys |

Re: RCLogger
Hey Greg, Nice job on the D8. I'm curious, how thick are the side plate's on the main frame. I'm trying to decide if 1/8'' aluminum is thick enough? Working on resurecting my
1-7.5 Cat D4H project. I like your choice of drive motor's, I think I'll try some. Thank's, Neil#2 aka doodlebug |

Re: RCLogger
Hey Greg! Love your models. Im new to the hobby and I am wondering how do you build these? Is there a tutorial somewhere? And whats the average cost?

If you checkout the start of all my threads you can see how everything is built, if you have any questions just ask.. cheers greg |
Re: RCLogger
Greg, I'm gone a couple months and you've done it again. You build something every two months. The dozer turned out great, but I would like to see some more video of it working.
|
Re: RCLogger
Hey Greg, I'm confused on the batterie's? 18 volt for 12 volt drive motor's, is that because of the esc's? I'm guessing the drive motor's aren't run wide open all the time?
I'm getting part's gathered for the D4H project. Thank's, Neil#2 aka doodlebug. |
