Looks good RW . Now you got the 11 in the right way  What size pump did you get ? just curious  . Oh I've been tryin to get a hold of you to ask how you attached the servo horn to the valves ( bangs head into wall ) Drill center out , make spacer or get flat head screw for valve ? My thinkin is the servo horn should but right against the the valve horn .

Missed your call Steve, I'll get ahold of you. On the valve the servo spline should just slip into the horn that is attached to valve. Some pics would be helpful for me to show you, give me some time and I'll try and get some pics of what I'm talking about. I use the smaller flow pump from premacon. Almost all models don't need the bigger one, this is one exception as I probably could use the higher volume on the bigger pump to lift bed slightly faster. But again I haven't messed with speed or any fine tuning yet.

On my D6 , I put my pump on the rotary knob on my DX8 spektrum radio . I have the speed real low .

Can't wait to watch you build a ramp, and drive the dozer into the half filled truck for transport to the next job site!

On your piston design change, did you go from weld to a drilled cross hole with a pin? And then did you have to weld on the other end of the o ring cap? All these pictures makes me want to try machining something similar. Thanks for the photos!

Jim

Thanks!! Jim, I'll try and get some pics of inners on the cylinders to better describe what I did

I was able to cut a slot in the one tank for cylinders to clear and had to make a new cover for the gauge side.

And getting ready to give the neighbors a light show. I know they want to report me for something bad,,, welding late at night, bright flashes emitting from the garage all hours of the night :). And they don't have any idea I'm making Rc toys!! I think all the neighbors that still know me from back having bikes still hate me:).

Refer to the movie "The Burbs" with Tom Hanks when the creepy neighbor was doing something in their basement at night with electricity.

It's really quite remarkable to watch how well you've progressed in just a few short yrs with your many self taught skills & abilities RW, you're well on your way to becoming a master modeller, if you're not already. Well done on the telescoping cyls
