Horizontal Rib Grand Hauler box

I got started on this yesterday. It's to fit a Grand Hauler length chassis with a day cab.

Search under the tarp..........:D

Re: Horizontal Rib Grand Hauler box

Do you still want an apron added to the rear Bo? What about a cover on the pulleys? Exposed? Covered? I think to cover it I will need to make new smaller pulleys. I tried to keep the cab guard lower on this one and that leaves barely enough room for the tarp drive stuff. I also switched to a planetary motor on the tarp. Slightly larger but fully enclosed and more powerful.:D

Bo,where's the build thread on the chassis for this beautiful box, My minds eye is seeing at a minimum 3 steerable lifts and a tandem under it, that still don't seem like enough axles but should work!:rolleyes:;)

No I was actually more interested in the axle configuration than the build thread but it would be nice!

I knew I should have been making things for women. If they were as excited about my posts as you guys I'd be getting dirty letters and vacuum sealed panties in the mail:drool::eek::lol:. Oh well, maybe next life. I don't think my wife would appreciate that sort of mail anyhow.:(

Seriously though, I do appreciate all of the positive compliments you guys always have. If I were an arrogant person my head would be swelling up pretty huge but I'm not so I'll just keep doing my best to crank out stuff worthy of the praise:D.

It's all torn down Bo and ready for a wash. If all goes to plan it will be in for coating tomorrow!:bounce:

I will get it boxed up over the weekend and have it ready for Monday Bo. Hopefully Canada Post doesn't strike and we can use them but it sounds like they will so it might go UPS. I'll get that sorted out as soon as I can and let you know.
