Nice start Russ. Those top loaders sure look nice. If they were heavier looking you might be able to pass them off as Mack.

Going to be a BIG truck!! How about posting a parts list as you build for all to see what goes into one of these builds???

this'll be something :eek: Russ, I can't remember what rc4wd calls those axles :confused: I was going to get a pair and shorten them for a mack build :rolleyes:

the frame is built and painted, i also used all aluminium cross members and mounts

on this truck i don't want a lot of flex. the beam in the center lets it have some movement with out bottoming out. the boom set up on top adds alot of weight. i run this set up on two of my own trucks and there is more movement then you would think. as a comparison this is more "flex" then the big rig rear suspension.
