My stretched Pete

Started with a pair of John's front fenders.

Little body work

Some paint, John's pipes and Russ's air cleaners.

This is where I'm at now. Added Rod's visor.

Working on a new frame, waiting on Steve's wheels and lots of wiring / lights. Let me know what you think.

Awesome work! I love the trend of moving the front axle foreward now, I was so sick of seeing a stock kh with a peterbilt grill and people calling it a 379.

Looking good so far Kaf! I can't wait to see it completely assembled!

Re: My stretched Pete

I like the paint scheme you chose. It's really sharp. I also like that you painted the frame, axles, cross members, and everything else. Nice to see a different colored transmission too. So many guys paint them Cat yellow, so they look like an engine or something, but I like that you went with silver. Hurry up and get it all assembled, so we can see the finished truck! Bet it will be really sharp.

Love the way the paint on the truck came out. I can't wait to see some pics of it fully finished and outside. That paint looks like glass inside I can only imagine what the sunlight would do for it.

Thanks Tyler, I'm going to try to get some shots outside with the trailer depending on weather here in New Jersey.. It really shines in the sun.
