Bruder D5 Conversion

Finally finished this conversion, nothing exciting. I had the dozer for years and decided to get it out of the way, off the build list :p, didn’t like the way it was going so I walked away from it. Since it was still taking up space on the bench I decided to push forward and finish it so I could move on to the next project!

Thanks guys, hopefully it’s more fun to run than it was to build.

I'll be anxiously awaiting the videos of it moving dirt! I've contemplated building another one, & hiding the blade servo out of sight like yours. Perhaps after seeing your vids, if it works good, I may decide to make 'er happen. Thats the ONLY thing about mine that I'd really like to change/modify/re-design.

You'll most likely find it necessary to put a metal cutting edge on the blade. I DIDN'T on mine at first. Once the blade started cracking near center, & cracking from the cutting edge upwards in the blade, I put one on er.
