Servonaut M220 Heat Trouble

Hi Guys,
Has anyone had any trouble with the M220 speed controller from Servonaut?
I have hooked up a new controller but it gets very hot after a minute or so.
Its running from a 12v Ni-Mh 4500ma only on the test bench, not in a model yet.
Any Ideas:confused::confused:
Thanks Paul

I spoke with Servonaut today and they told me that in most cases, a servo is broken and the BEC of the M220 gets hot.. Reconnect one servo after the other... The servos should not hum or whistle.
The response from Servonaut was very fast and accurate. (Happy Days):):)

See at page 8. The 3 pins are for the connection of brake and reverse light. The middle pin is the postive on and the left and right pin for Brake/Reverse which are minus. Us a JR/Servo cable and run the postive pin to each bulb and connect the minus cable from the bulb back to the controller and connect with the right or left pin.
