I first saw one in Spain around mid 80's. Quite common in Mediteranean Europe...Spain, France, Italy....

They must have a small midget to crawl in that drum when it needs cleaning from harden concrete around the fins.

Just some tnt, like they did on myth busters!! Lol!!! I could have used one of them a time or two, could have save a few blisters on hands from hand hoe and wheelbarrow mixing a couple pallets of concrete mix!!! (In remote location, and not enough to bring in a truck).
