RC Linde H40D Forklift

I have one of these forklifts and it doesn't have a lot of go especially in forward gear even without a load from a pallet.
Anyone ever try to put a bigger motor or any other way of getting more power from these forklifts?

Willy who goes by CustomRCmodels on the forum is probably your best source for info on these but you will have to give it time he is not on the forum a lot due to his work schedule. Send him a PM and wait patiently and he will get back to you.
