I went by the machine shop today to see about the grills. He has the materiel cut and ready to mill, but has some other more important stuff ahead of it. Should be a couple weeks. I just wanted to let everyone know the status.

I was at the machine shop today. Here is the first prototype. the ring around the center section and the bars is gonna be skinnier. Thanks!

Ok guys!! I was at the machine shop today and I approved the run of grills. He informed me that they should be ready by Thursday!! Here are some pics of the production grill.
Some specs are All aluminum CNC milled
7 bar design
3 mounting holes will be drilled and tapped for 3 MM screws
Will need polished but will polish out easily.
I will leave the sharp front edge for the customer to decide the finish, some may want to radius it and some may not. A little 400 sand paper will accomplish this easily.
