just another newbie :)

hey hiya thanks for letting a very frustrated r/c enthusiast. whilst i have had various cars 3 yachts and 3 helicopters, I have ventured into the world of the trucks and whilst I loved it decided to move up and put in the mfc-01 into my grand hauler.............. well what a nightmare!!!!! checked rechecked and checked 3 times all cabled up properly and still the errors persist what have i done wrong :(
1st problem the 3 gear lights on top all 3 stay on regardless what gear is being used.
2nd motorized leg support DOES not work using the mfc unit but if bypass and leave in the receiver works fine.
3rd problem constantly turns off and restarts after about 30secs of use

any help suggestions id be very grateful :)

Welcome becky-boo, in regards to your first problem, the small control panel that you mount to the side of the truck has a button of it that if u press will change the settings of your marker lights so that the change depending on the gear your in. I can't remember exactly which button it is sorry, but its one of the three.

I have had a similar issue with mine, and I think that it may be because of my old battery. Perhaps you should try a different battery.

I do recall reading somewhere that the MFC units are equipped with a LOW Voltage cut off. It's possible that your battery might not be strong enough.
