We have the opportunity to join together for a weekend of great activities.
With a spacious 1,200sq.ft. booth, all members are invited to participate.

This is a great opportunity to share our hobby with people in the trucking industry.

I sent a conformation email back and would need to know if you received it and
the details as far as what we can bring, who to report and if I/we need any credentials? I'd like to know this so I can expedite my Scania build. I have a GH finished as of now. I'm in Torrance

An update on this show/exhibit would greatly be appreciated. More details are needed either through this forum or email that was sent to us. ie: time to arrived before the gates open, (as requested in the thread earlier ) booth number, what participants can bring the day of and a confirmation email to all members so that we are all on the same page. This would benefit us also in future gatherings as we try to establish and organize our on club as they do in the UK and other countries.

No problem. I have been busy getting everything lined up for the show. We have the space. The perimeter line should be set in an hour or two. We also have two tables for display. Alan Haskell is supplying us with roadway. We also have electric supplied to power our equipment.

We have about 10 registered members for the event. We should all have a great time.

I have found that there is a $10 parking fee per vehicle for each day of the event. It is a fee imposed by the convention center. Please keep this in mind for your budget needs.

I'll have a flat dolly with the pull handle. Feel free to use it.
