Straight sided trailer

I started building this a few days back while I wait for other projects to come in. I'm trying to keep this as simple as I can to keep the price down. The plan is to have it powder coated as normal but I haven't desided on a color just yet. I am looking for a buyer so if anyone is interested let me know. Now's the time to add things like a tarp or another axle if someone were to want it. Once it's coated it will be tough to make changes. I hope to have the metal work finished by the end of the week.

Re: Straight sided trailer

Thanks guys. I have visions of this being the perfect platform to apply some cool graphics after powder coat. Of course I'm not sure that anyone else would like that.lol My plan is to finish out the underside with all of the usual support ribs for the 1:1 look when the box is up. That will take a while to make them all and weld them in. I also plan to add a ladder to the front. I'm looking to see $1100USD out of this when it's finished but if someone doesn't care about the ribs underneath I would let it go a bit cheaper.

Another work of art. Too bad the electrician was here and left a $2400 bill...

OUCH! I hope it was for added upgrades and not just repair?

If there not adding strength to the floor then skip them
The box is strong enough with out them. Maybe one
Under the tailgate area

Not for strength, just for looks. If these tubs get bent they are being abused.lol

Top and bottom rails are mounted along with the tailgate. Almost liking the raw look on this one....

A few more hours and some more details added. Not long now and it won't be a "simple" trailer anymore. It's starting to take shape though!
