Got the call from the owner of Cabin Fever Expo today telling me that out dirt pile has been ordered.
We need some input on how to layout our area.
We had a very nice turnout last the last show hope we can put on another great show.

i plan on being there Friday, Saturday, sunday... i am willing to help with anything that is needed. this is my first show so not sure about layout but willing to learn and help. i have a 41" x 50" garage i built for other shows but will be leaving it at home. thanks guys im super excited

When I show up on Sat should I just go through normal entrance or drive to the back and unload?

I think there's a separate line for exhibitors to speed up the process. Park in the back near our door.

Well, life seems to get in the way sometimes. Just cancelled my hotel for Cabin Fever, though I wanted to go very much. Minor health issue for my wife, just not enough recuperation time before trip to PA.

Hope everyone has a great time and I am planning for 2019 already.

Think most of us are at the Days Inn Lebanon valley. Only 2mi from the venue.

Hi guys, few people that I know are going to be there this year, extra 15 to 20 equipments to move dirt around faster. Lol. More fun.

Room at days Inn booked. Be there early sat morning, first timer here. Is there a registration fee or anything I need before hand? Looking at bringing the 360L and 870K. The motor still hasn't shown up for the duratoy so I'm guessing that's out. Looking forward to it.

Yep on the same page here, looking to get rolling around 4 should leave time to eat and unload just at the start of sat morning "play time". Now where the h@ll is my radar detector.

You haven't been around in a while. I have a rock crusher now to deal with those. Last year we had to look for rocks.

Anyone have an issue if I bring a 1/16 rc tank to occasionally run on the dirt and promote the hobby? Full operational with historical track/gun recoil and slow speed.
