Great choice ! I really like those 3 axles mack dumpers and will follow your work with a lot of interest.

I am sure you already decided the cable shovel model you will build to load this beast.......... :D

You are probably right.....I got at least ten projects in process and the consequence is none of them is progressing fast ;)

Cool; both the subject and project. The metalwork I see on this forum just blows me away! Dan

What tires are those?

Re: Mack M75SX

I have never seen one of these things before, but it looks huge! Definitely an interesting model. I'm interested to see this thing come together for you. The box looks really, really good. Nice job, Steve. It appears you scaled it down quite a bit, to match your tire selection. What scale are you building this Mack in?

Re: Mack M75SX

Steve , here's a link http://store.rc4wd.com/MIL-SPEC-ZXL-22-Tires_p_724.html I'm not sure just yet on using them  I should have them look like the 1's tom made . I'm going to go through RC Machines . I think they have the right size and tread pattern . If all else fails I'll use these , they scale out right .

Nate , reply # 6  :p 1: 14.5 I only ever got to see the small single axle 1's . I think that place had 1 of these , I just can't remember . Since the quarry changed owners , I believe they scraped them :( they made my f800 ( at the time ) look like a pick-up truck .

I'm hopping to have the frame together tonight . If I get my rear parts for next week end , I'll try to get my rears made .

Re: Mack M75SX

Steve. The Macks looking real good. It's going to be a heavy weight for sure. Are you going to go with a standard drive train or gear motors on the axles. By the way have you got a steamer or are you using coal for heat.
