radio Options

Hello,

I know this has probably been discussed in the past. However, I am looking for a new radio for my current build. It is going to be a flat bed truck.

I am looking for either a 6 or 8 channel radio.. I will not be using MFU/MFC..
below are my needed channels for the start.
1 channel ESC,
1 Channel Steering
1 channel shifting.
1 (3 position) channel lights,
1 3 position channel for winch,
1 2 position channel for beacon lights.

I am not looking to spend high dollars as I don't have an endless budget. but I want a decent radio.
I have looked at the Flysky 6 channel. But looking for other ideas.

Re: radio Options

I saw some great deals on ebay yesterday for "used" DX8 Spektrum radios, some with receivers too... I would have jumped on any one of them myself, but the sellers won't ship outside USA.

with rx, but no charger

AR8000 receiver brand new & less than half hobbyshop price

I just bought 2 AR8000's, 2 AR9020's & 4 AR6100e at less than half price that I have ever seen listed in hobbyshop sites.

I too suggest the Spektrum DX8 as Lil Giants did. I have several Spektrum radios and they are very easy to use.
