Re: headlights

I'm assuming your talking about the dual square headlight bezels from PMD. I have them on my truck and are simple to install. Got no pics but here's a quick how too:

Remove original light group from body
Pop the lens out ( I never glued mine in so it was easy and I ended up keeping and using the lens on another project)
The raised lip which the lens sits in must be removed. I used a dremmel and just carefully ground down till entire lip is flush with rest of light pod.
Now some guys cut the hole size larger to fit the new bezel , that way the bezel is glued to the light pod.
I was worried about making a bad cut or crooked so instead I just prepped the surface around the light and glued the bezel directly on the fender

That's it.

You can check out the pics of my truck but because of the chrome body , you can't see it very well in a picture I took with my IPad.

Hope this helps. Anymore trouble just speak up:)

Many guys just file and cut the stock light bucket opening, on the stock fenders, wider, to accept a second light bucket. That gives you the Kenworth style double square headlight look.
