pete hood wedge

how do you guys make the wedges that go on the side of the pete hood that fills in the gap between the fender and hood side.. I know using styrene but what size thickness etc.
any help appreciated.. Dave

I combined two sizes, I believe I used .15 and .60 mm and sanded the wedges to shape.

I cheated and just cut out the spot where the wedge is supposed to be and glued in the new thicker piece at an angle.

Thanks for the replies. I like the sound of the cheat method Travis. I never thought of doing it that way
