Finished my first build

Well, after several years and "life happening", I finally finished my first build.

Nice build Todd, very clean knight hauler. They look so much better with out all the graphics, and good choice of color. The trailer looks good too, like a fleet trailer. What trailer kit is that? Is that the stock box trailer kit or a custom trailer? The white steel wheels look great on that trailer as well.

That's a nice looking truck and trailer combination. The trailer looks nice, stretched. (I assume?) I like your choice of trailer rims too.

Just like Aaron said, super clean, looks great. Sometimes less is more.

Actually the entire thing is box stock with the exception of the wheels on the truck and trailer, the trailer mudflaps (didn't like the fenders that came with the kit) and the trailer bumper. I like the clean and simple look and am happy with the outcome. I want to build another truck/trailer, but have a non-tractor truck R/C project to complete first... :)

Well, it turned out great, regardless! I guess my eyes were playing trucks on me. What other RC models do you like to build?

I am really partial to Tamiya as a manufacturer. I am currently building a CC-01 Jeep Wrangler.

nice Knight Hauler, I have a metallic green one, there is a pic of it somewhere on the forums, but it now pulls three Tanker trailers not one and has a bullbar hanging off the front of it :D

yours looks great though
