Sourcing Slip Rings

Can I get some advice on retail source for "pancake" type slip rings. I am building a small dragline and have a clearance problem (thickness) for a 4 conductor slip ring to deliver power to the carbody for the tracks.

I have googled searched for sources but they all seem to be wholesale sale only.

this is the only one i have seen so fair .... i know some people have built their own but i dont remember which threads i saw examples in ...
