Bobcat T-190!

One day a couple years ago i walked into the Bobcat dealership and i saw that they had some of those toy T-190 so i took one home with me. I used it some in stock form until the rubber track broke. Then i let it collect dust for the last 3 years.:o So i decided this last week it would be kind of a fun project to convert it to something that could, actually move dirt and snow. I now have it all tore down, here are some pictures.

A couple questions i have are:

1. How do i remove grease from plastic?
2. What servos do i want to use?
3. How do i make a quick attach/detach system?
4.What do i use for tracks?
Thanks for any help and advice.;)
