Powering the Esc .....remote instal question
 

I started building on my end dump trailer again. I'm going to power the screw drive With a esc and battery that will live in the trailer frame. The tamiya esc I like to use gets power from the reciver... The reciver will be in the tractor. I just want to run one servo pig tail from the reciver in the truck to control the esc in the trailer.

My question is....What is the best way to supply the esc with batt power(small red plug)...?

Can I run power to the small plug right from the battery via a special home made harness?

Chris...I had a total bran fart last night..... I was thinking that little cable powered the esc when in fact it powers the reciver.....
