If the nc file is to big for your mill, what I do is drip feed the mill from my desk top.

First run on a new program, or even setting it up again later is always a good time for caution. Saves tools, vises and dirty underware! I slow it all down and often single step through so i can read...

You might try a little cutting lube or cool mist to keep the heat down on your tooling. Sometimes just step in and out also. The heat and friction is causing the gaulding. The truck is looking...

I like the way these dig from grade up. Digging a roadway or face cut out of the bank seems like a better setup than a regular excavater.
