The bucket is 145mm wide, and it would have been much easier to build if I had that TIG back then:D

The ground was quite hard packed. That's my parents yard i'm digging, and my dad told me that that spot has not been touched in 20 years.

I'm not sure what is the best rpm for the pump, and I haven't been able to measure the rpm mine runs. I have this motor running the pump with about 3:1 reduction ...

I got all the hydraulics and batteries (two 3S 8000 mAh lipos) stuffed inside the 374 and made a little demo video:)
Next I might go and dig a few holes in the garden ;)

I actually have no plans for the extra valve yet, it's just easier to put it there at this stage:)

I work with the undercarriage today:)
I chanced the track recoil springs more stiffer and adjusted the tracks to correct tension. I added pair of track guides too. Also there was many :eek: bolts...

I started to fit the pump and the oil tank to there place. I also mount the valves. I will attach one more block to the valve assembly for some future needs.

It weighs 24 kilos now without batteries and counterweight fillings.
When finished I believe it will be close to 30 kg.

Yes you are right Elliot, larger diameter cylinders are more powerful.
On the down side they also need more capasity from the pump and also larger hydraulic lines.
My cylinders have 18 mm bore, so...
