It seems very close to a true 1/12th scale, the size difference is noticeable when you put it right beside a King Hauler. I don't have a spare Bruder figure to try but a 5" walking dead action figure...

Yeah, the 2mm hex driver is the hardest part of assembly, by chance I happened to have one. I don't remember where I got it, but it saved the day. Bummer about your servo mount but it is good to hear...
