Re: Nick's 379 build
Thanks Troy! Appreciate it. I hope to have more to show soon.
Thanks Nathan, if it's half as good as Brian's I'll be extremely happy.
The LEDs are wired in pairs in series, so it only takes...

Re: Nick's 379 build
Thanks Scott!
Well, a little update. Finally fitted the stacks. I need to fine tune their positioning so they are completely symmetrical. Here's a few pics. Next to do is cut out the windscreen...

Re: Hi from Gloucestershire, England
Take your time and browse through the board, you will find a lot of information. There's probably someone on here that's done a skid steer conversion.
Nice to have another member from "across the...

Re: Wildland Brush Fire Truck..
This build has really made me want to build a 4x4 truck after I finish my peterbilt. A replica of the topkick from transformers would be too cool!

Re: Nick's 379 build
Thanks Troy! My inspiration comes from everyone else's cool builds.
I've got a problem with the headlights, only the outer ones come on, there must be a break in the wiring somewhere for the inner...

Re: Nick's 379 build
Well, here's a little progress. I finally did the flippin' bumper. Or rather, the bumper flip! Just need to fit a servo and linkage to operate it....

Re: 15-Operator's Lowboy
I've seen these pics before somewhere, love this setup. The trailer is really nice, looks very realistic. Even if it may need more axles for this particular load. Tractor looks cool too as a daycab....

Re: KW Aerodyne W/Ext living room.AKA Motor home!
Not usually a fan of huge sleepers but this looks so bad to the bone I've been converted! Especially with the full fenders. This will be a showstopper when you finish it. What colour scheme are you...

Re: Nick's 379 build
Thanks Brian! What do you think would look better, 3 bars or 7 bars in the grill? I'm working on mounting the bumper as we speak.
Then I'll mount the pipes, something I've been putting off as I...

Re: Nick's 379 build
Ok well here's some more pictures of the business end. Not much to report, but I made some adjustments to the fenders to rout the wires coming out the headlights. Also figured out how I'm gonna mount...

Re: Project : Petico (Pepe Le Pew )
Wow Steve, nobody but you would attempt body work on a metal cab wedico! And I always wondered to myself if anyone had ever attempted converting the wedico 359 to a 379. This may be a world premiere!...

Re: 1/16 General Lee !!!
I seem to recall this kit was originally a racecar, and they reboxed it as the general lee, so it has a stripped out interior and the front arches are the wrong shape for the general. You could just...
