I was tossing ideas around about how I could lock the KH diff's. Here's where the duhh moment hit me. I have a pair of Hilux 4x4 axles collecting dust so I began to operate on the front locked diff....

95% done with painting just waiting on fenders. I cut out better hood walls that sit a little lower but will be trimmed. I also started on the fifth wheel hook release and will probably finish that...

That's a great idea, I haven't really thought about using a 3 position switch. Thanks for the tip! I would never charge a lipo while still in any of my vehicles. I do plan on using nimh to stay on...

Very cool! As Paul NZ stated, you don't see these trucks very much here anymore. That's probably why model makers resurrect trucks from history. Great looking truck!
