it's strange how a fuel tanker like that only has 1 drive axle, but a milk truck has as many as they can fit underneath.... milk only weighs slightly more that fuel, maybe they don't want it shaken...

rc4wd lo pro tires will get you closer to earth... as for the rears, not sure there's too much you can do with the stock leaf springs, true scale air ride will help there. but remember if you too...

got an unfinished project tamiya tanker that was cut into 2 pieces, about 60/40 split, settled on the knight hauler to transform into a day cab.

started with 2 fresh cabs and got the dremel multi...

not sure i understand the purpose. slick engineering and all, but since most speed controls are reversing, and that's the way the radio works, why not just let the motor spin backwards? it's not...

i think i got it, 3mm between grille and hood, another 3mm behind bumper to push it forward, raised the cab the thickness of a 3mm nut, and trimmed 5 mm off the bottom of the fenders...

ok so i went crazy and got a shapeways pete hood fenders and some other bits, but they don't seem to fit right... so i'm kinda stuck

see how the fenders are even or a bit over the front of the...

clodbuster is probably the easiest way to start, there's even premade 6x6 and 8x8 chassis on ebay that could be adapted. or have a custom piece of metal bent into a u shape like i did for my 6th...
