Basically an adjustable support when working with large things. Usually have the jack piece itself and a few spacer blocks for added ht, that lock into each other.

Yeah and they have a 250' min on stock sizes and a $150. min order, which is less than the mcmaster. Plus they have fittings and thimbles too.

Be sure and call Mcmaster and make sure its a continous roll you're buying. Seems like everytime I buy stuff from them its from a diff company and slightly diff stuff.

Been there done that. Had some bullfrog electro contact cleaner, makes a neat blue-green fireball. I forget what I was doing with it but remember it being under the hood of the truck.

If they have PEEK gears, you won't gain much going to stainless gears. Peek is a super plastic (read expensive) with some amazing strength and heat properties.

If you can figure out a shaft drive...

But their website says a complete Cat powertrain, would lead me to believe a Cat engine and tranny. We'll see when the actual specs come out I guess.
