I second Tim's Hot Glue. It holds them in well as long as ya don't hit them or push hard on them. The good thing about the hot glue is that if you need to change a LED then ya can just pop it out...

Weathering is easy Paul.. Start with some Dull coat to take off the shine.

This thing looks awesome.. Great Job both of you. Now wondering about the next trailer that you teased me...
