Rc4wd 360l vs 4200 my thoughts

Just got the 360L after having had the older 4200 (with 4 valves)
The 360 aside from looking much better has been improved ; nice larger oil tank that has a top that comes off which makes the oil...

I run my 360L excavator in the house all the time..never leaks.
Old 4200 model did drip and leak a bit.

Best location to add oil filter?

What is the best location to add an oil filter on rc4wd 360L excavator?
It has two return line and one intake to pump. Is is okay/best to add it to intake?

Curious who owns the RC 4WD 360L and how they like it?
I had the older 4200 and no issues except a few servos and leaky

Thanks! And it looks that the air filter is the adjustable pressure dial..So the overall head pressure can be tweaked a bit for a bit slower and smoother movements..unless it is perfect the way...

Fyi..just found that the pot ohms really differ if you are trying to put a volume adjuster before or after an amp. Before it might be 10 k ohms and after from amp to a 8 ohm speaker maybe 10-20 ohms.

What is the correct spec for a little volume control pot? 7 watt amp to 8ohm speaker. Tried 1k-100K ohms but little or no adjustment.. I thought lower ohms but maybe 500K ohms to allow a gradual...

Yes agree with the seeming hit and miss on the 4200 I actually asked Martin again after hearing of a few new ones in England where almost everything seemed to fall apart within a few weeks! Overall...

My 4200 has been no trouble except for one servo and a leaky piston that needed a new o ring. But the real test in my view is Martin Hough "Digging with Martin" I asked him how his original 4200 is...

They are cheap enough and last long enough in my view not to worry much about it..I only had to replace one so far. Let us know how it goes!

I bet it is because mine did the same thing and a few of us had no clue until we experienced the same thing with servos. It seemed to make no sense..pump barely running..tracks moving backwards..but...

Servo needs to be replaced! I was going crazy trying to figure it out it is just one of the servos and it will be good to go..cheap and easy replacement.

No I'll ask but my own guess is or hope is around what the loader is going for..they said sales should start in June or so. Need a radio controlled wagon to carry it around lol
