Thanks, I went with a timing belt with teeth and printed a gear to slide over the drum. Got the belt from servocity. Also switched to a 100 rpm gear motor which sounds really fast but looks to be...

I had started to run the D10 around (first time in the dirt) and grading the ramp that goes up to the top and was happy with its performance, and was gonna take some vid when this happened.. :(

Oh and the shaker pan seems to work well with a 970 rpm gear motor attached. I tried 3 different speeds and of course faster was better.

I hope so too, and it works out for you. I enjoy the challenge of the build as much as the next guy, but sometimes its nice to just get it running the way you want to without getting to discouraged....

Steve, thats a hefty looking machine. Original idea too, not the same old Cat thing thats getting over done these days. Maybe you can lose the skidsteer and run this bad boy instead.
