Grease is messy I use springs and 1/4 inch bolts in a piece of pipe, I can show you a diagram.

yea i was hopeing for a pic and i doubt i am smart enough to figure out those formulas i am trying to get a scale sprocket and make it the size i would like on paper and put it to a peice of metal...

Ok I have been online all day looking for a diagram for an 8" pitch sprocket so i can scale it to the size i need any idea's where to look? Also a D7 or a D8 would also be the same thing thanks for...

yea i don't have cad but i took measurements and i have it drawn out and it has turned out to the measurments but yes berco rails have no center post in them and water jet is what i was thinkin

i am seriously thinking about making realistic rails / track chain but i am not real shure about the 1/16 scale or even the 1/10 scale i have 3 or 4 sized to choose from for measurements 9'' pitch...
