Re: Capo 1:8 Jeep CD15823

Ive got a Novak Eiger that Ive had laying around unused for a few years now. Its pretty small and can handle the recommended 3s lipo with an external bec. More importantly it has zero reverse delay....

Re: Capo 1:8 Jeep CD15823

Yeah wiring this is pretty much a pita. I dont want the engine bay to be balls of wires and electrical components like I see on these Jeeps elswhere. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a scale...

Re: ScaleART - Assembling a MAN TGX/XL 6x6 tractor & Trailer

What?! 2 weeks with no updates? Unacceptable! Your guests are just going to have to sleep in the shed. Lol

Re: Capo 1:8 Jeep CD15823

I wasn't able to accomplish much today. But got a little bit done. Fixed something that was bugging me. Since I had the body tore down for wiring, I sprayed the front door pillars in body color. They...

Re: Capo 1:8 Jeep CD15823

I exaggerate. Its just not one of the aspects of a build I enjoy all that much. The engine bay is going to be hard to conceal witing and make it look real. Not really looking forward to it. But I do...

Apparently theres no need for this forum with google around....

At any rate, I can share a tip I learned years ago about getting decals positioned. After cutting out your decal, (if not precut)....

Re: ScaleART - Assembling a MAN TGX/XL 6x6 tractor & Trailer

Build and rebuild. Seems to be an ongoing theme with these higher end models. Sometimes making a small modification, or adding some parts here and there requires some massive diassembly. I guess on...

Re: I am interested in getting started in scale RC.

Tamiya is going to be your best bet. You can get everything your looking for out of a tamiya kit as far as functionality goes. Sounds like there will be alot of scratch building involved to get the...
