I just say one should not have too high expectations of many of these low cost internet shops when it comes to customer service, but no, I personally don't like waiting, understand you frustration....

I think it is almost impossible too any of us to imagine the stress and head-ace that some certain Chinese products must have caused the, or some, guys at Rc4wd through the last years. Be patient...
