It is indoors, heated, with indoor bathrooms. Lockable, tables and chaiRS for first 40 drivers. More there if needed.
Site is $800 - includes setup, supplies, cleanup for 2 days
Insurance is $300...

Kent we are in the Ausitorium. One of the older buildings.
I did not arrange Dirt for this year. Hopi g to for next year, and larger space if turnout is good.

Ok, so we lost out with the grant for this year.
But we have a building. It's big enough, about same size as what we had at the back to fifties show. Which oddly enough was more space by sqft...

Finalize date of show. And applying for a grant to help with site costs.

The facility is available for a couple weekends, so the event will happen, just when and at what cost.

From Cali, we've had drivers ups/other a crate of their stuff then fly out. Pack it in a good crate.

Most any. Not sure we have room for1:1 remote control or stand on mini Bob cats but we certainly have room for some larger model drag lines or 1/10 scale stuff. As usual...

We got ahold of a decent amount of Hardboard for use as roadbed.
Turned out really good. :bounce: It did not scoot, or shift and we only taped joints between and the edges where we entered onto it....
