Fred there is one other thing I noticed you have a solid table were as mine has a plastic insert were the blade goes through the table. I am going to have to make another plate out of thick aluminum...

Fred it does work and it isn't as messy as ATF. The 2 mirrors for the excavator I just hit it once timer with each mirror. The blocks I got are thick so that may be the reason it cut so well with...

Fred your looking good with the build. I bought 2 lb. blocks of wax and tried it and a little goes a long way. Hit it once with the wax and cut out 2 mirrors for the excavator. Ed;)
