Correct both wheels on the same axle turn together.
I run these axles on my dump trailer and the wheels turn independently....

RC-Welt just released a video of an ajustable goose neck that they will soon be selling for the RC4WD lowboy trailer. Would be cool to see if RC4WD offers it as an option.
