That's about 1.5".

RC4WD also has a decent selection of 1.9" wheels and beadlocks if you can go up to a 1.9" wheel....

some tweaking of the cab to correct some things and armor panels made. All in rough shape for now.

All three axles get the "longer beef tubes" to widen them out.

Modified ax10 housing to get the lower link mounts on the backside too. This is a rear steer axle as well.

Started this build over on RCC in the multiaxle section but I'll post up some pictures here as well.

M1070 inspired in 1/10 or so scale.

Started by ripping square tube for the frame rails.

No way will I tackle building a styrene cab! Not my strong point. Lol

Ahh. good catch on the model variations. I didn't think about that and have seen the US version too but forgot they were different.

Here is my build, loosely based on the M1070 truck. Just waiting...

what pinion goes in the unit? I believe that is the only way to tell which unit is what. I have the 4:1 and the 2:1.

I believe the 2:1 uses the 21 tooth pinion....

I guess so. lol I come from the RC Crawling world and construction RC's are alot higher in cost, relatively speaking. Most of my crawlers dont go over the $1500 amount. I have seen some nice rigs on...

There is a M1070 cab on shapeways. I had the designer upsize it to 1:9.8 but it was going to cost too much for my budget. There is a 1/12 scale version on there.
