Re: Hoarder Special!

Thanks. Someone on Facebook suggested painting them silver and although I like that idea, I think I will just make a little aluminum cover for the very top. That will hide them a bit more. without...

Re: Hoarder Special!

Sorry but I just saw the last post Craig! The springs are better than Tamiya but not great.

Re: Hoarder Special!

Yes it's fairly low geared for sure. For spreading water it could be even slower but it's good enough. The worst part now is all of the slop in in the driveline. With all of the reductions and...

Re: Hoarder Special!

Thanks a lot guys. I'm not sure what the reduction is ahead of the trans. I think I was told it's around 4-1 but I honestly never actually counted the teeth. I believe the motor is a 55t and then the...

Re: Hoarder Special!

Thanks Shaun! Your build is making me want to try my luck with styrene but I've never used it so it's out of my comfort zone. Maybe one day...

Re: Hoarder Special!

Thanks Mario. The sound unit will come. I just have to finish all of my other jobs first! Maybe instead of weed killer I could use fertilizer and drive around on the lawn?

Thanks! My sifted...

Re: Hoarder Special!

I could make them but I don't really want to put in the effort and then still have plastic diffs. It will stay the way it is for now.

Thanks! I don't think I will be building another in any...

cleaner. Artillery shell perhaps?
