Just an idea for your screener all the vibrator motors we use at work have two equal counter weights with set screws to lock them to the motor shaft so if they are directly cross from each other...

While I'm not far in my build would you start with the bucket and boom or the tracks then boom? I don't have any hydraulic items yet I'm affair of building the body too small what's a front to back...
