Sorry to say, not much has happen with the dozer. Still evaluating doing it electric, but not that easy finding motors fitting inside frame and having enogh of battery power. Then there's another...

It's been a long time with nothing happening. now I think it's time to finalize this build :)
My thought now is to make it electric drive and get a new smaller hydraulic system for blade and ripper...

Electrical drive is a must when building "smaller" model, wish I have done that...

Those clamps, are they used when welding? Where can I find those, never seen something like that before.

Having 2 options now:
1-gas engine/hydrostatic drive as today + electrical driven pump for blade/ripper
2-electrical driveline (complete new) + electrical driven pump for blade/ripper
Option 2...

Decided to haul dozer inte workshop again for dismantel.
The good side, have done it some times now and is very easy to brake down into pieces.
The bad side, I hate oil, and oily...

I like the slow speed of steering servo. To often you see them working like on compressed air! Scale speed is one important issue, best model can be ruined if runned to fast, if it's a truck, earth...
