Is something binding on that side? If only one side I would suspect something is causing a bind and stressing the internal gears. Tracks? Loosen motor and spin the tracks by hand and see if any bind...

Jim, another thing I forgot to mention was the bigger holes in side of links. That is allowing more material to get pushed out if tip of sprocket compacts it into links. A helpful combination of all...

Thanks, first full year at the new dig site, so I brought over some dirt to push around and build some stuff with. First mechanical problem of the year too, something let loose with hydraulics....

In my opinion, premacon.com has the best ones out there, (Jung pump), on the less expensive side, rc4wd offers two also. If you need the site address just ask, on phone right now and not easy typing:)

I think I'm pushing 25-30 rpm on final drive with the d11. Also depends on how big your sprocket is. But for a starting point, and smaller dozers run a little speeder.
